Tabor East Apartments is a smoke-free property. Nowhere on the property (inside or out) is smoking permitted.

- Non smokers only: No smoking anywhere on the property - not even outdoors. You will be required to certify that you are a non-smoker during our application process.
- Lease term one year then month-to-month.
- Electronic Payments: We require electronic payments via Zelle which is available at virtually all Banks.
